This morning I jumped out of bed excited for my 3.5-mile walk to the gym. I worked out so hard I was completely drenched in sweat π I had forgotten how therapeutic it feels to move my body like this. I definitely prefer intense movement over calmer activities and wow, by day two I can already feel the mental health benefits kicking in.
This is going to be an interesting journey. I honestly enjoy this more than hiking. It feels like I am actually doing something good for myself π
